Tour de Bloom 2026

  • Luke, Alex, and David headed north for Tour de Bloom, a four-day stage race in Wenatchee.
  • Stage 2 Waterville Road Race was the highlight. 76 miles across exposed farm roads in a 20+ mph winds. Early in the race Luke lost both bottles to a pothole, and David handed over four or five of his own gels to keep Luke in the race, effectively sacrificing his own day. In the closing minutes Luke and Alex worked together to come across the line P6 and P8 in a hard-fought reduced bunch sprint.
  • All three riders made it through the weekend’s chaotic crit and road stages mostly unscathed.
